Offering our client, Trafford housing trust, a full integrated solution we obtained planning and building regulation approvals. We then Carried out the demolition of existing garages and remediation of the site, as well as undertaking the design and construction of foundations, drainage and incoming services.

While the external works were being carried out, we manufactured a volumetric steel framed modular single storey house consisting of 2 bedrooms, lounge/dining, bathroom, kitchen.

The scheme was adapted for a lady who used an electric wheelchair so the kitchen, doors and bathroom had to be designed and built to accommodate her specific needs. We also completed all external works, groundwork, landscaping with perimeter treatment, tarmac driveway and erect fencing.
