From his formative years with Oldham Borough, United Utilities, and RW Gregory & Partners to his current role as Managing Director with MultiUtility UK, Alistair has gained 40 Years of experience in major projects including airports, healthcare, large commercial /retail/leisure development and educational establishments. As a chartered building services engineer, Alistair has a keen interest in sustainability which has led to his involvement in Healthcare, including project management, design and construction of Modular Healthcare Projects. Alistair is also actively involved in the Institute of Healthcare Engineers and Estates Managers (IHEEM), being Chair of the North West Region and a Trustee of IHEEM

With over thirteen years in the modular building industry, Stephen brings his vast experience of managing multiple factory production lines through to on site completion to the Multibuild team. Having working on many varied modular construction projects in the UK and overseas, Stephen’s proven track record of achieving targets and constantly striving for improvement perfectly reflects the companies ethos.

Dave Jones is a time served joiner who, since 1974 has worked consistently in the modern methods of construction industry with companies such as H Peel ltd, C&R construction, RB Farqua, and Speaks ltd. Working on many prestigious health care and residential developments. Dave’s Knowledge, organisational skills and commitment to quality are unrivaled ensuring a quality product on time every time.
