A full solution from design to completion, we obtained planning and building regulation approvals. We then Carried out the demolition of existing garages and remediated the site. We completed the design and construct all foundations, drainage and incoming services.

While the external works were being carried out at our factory we manufactured the volumetric steel framed modular for;

Two storey houses consisting of one detached and one pair of semi-detached houses,. All comprising of 2 bedrooms, lounge/dining, bathroom & kitchen.

Six apartments over three storeys all consisting of one bedroom, lounge/dining, bathroom & kitchen.
